Where do cultural workers prefer to meet? Of course in the Beethoven city of Bonn!
This year, the European Cultural Forum invited people to the European Cultural Prize award ceremony at the Bonn Opera House on August 28, 2021, to honor the commitment of artists who have made outstanding contributions to cultural life in Europe. Dr. Hermann Bühlbecker did not miss the opportunity to host the event's pre-reception - Lambertz employee Martin Heinen was on site to welcome the guests of honor from art, education and business.
The family and traditional company is supporting the European Culture Prize for the third time in a row - most recently in 2018 at the award ceremony in Dresden's Frauenkirche and in 2019, when achievements of outstanding European importance were honored at the Vienna State Opera.
After the pandemic-related cancellation last year, the Lambertz sole owner is particularly happy to be able to act as a sponsor again: “When the gala had to be canceled last year due to the pandemic, it hurt us all a lot, which is why we didn't hesitate for a moment to support the rescheduled event this year, even though it was completely unclear whether it would even be able to take place,” said the entrepreneur.
The evening's award winners include musician Katie Melua, investor Nico Rosberg, the band Scorpions, violinist David Garrett, model and actress Barbara Meier and trumpeter and composer Till Brönner.
