LAMBERTZ AT THE ISM 2022

From January 30 to February 2, 2022, Lambertz sole proprietor Prof. Hermann Bühlbecker was present at the International Sweets and Biscuits Fair (ISM) in Cologne with a delicious and enchanting booth. After a year's break, the fair was once again held on site, which was hard to miss from the eager looks of our guests when they saw the Lambertz novelties. Our group of companies was faithfully represented with new as well as old creations, which sweetened the fair stay for each of our current and potential business and trade partners. With Luigi Zàini, the owner of Zàini1913 and this year's winner of the ISM Awards, Dr. Hermann Bühlbecker exchanged views on industry-relevant topics both at the stand of the Italian chocolate brand and also had other interesting conversations with old acquaintances.
