Every year, the International Sweets and Biscuits Fair in Cologne is a highlight for all professional sweet tooth and gourmets. Lambertz has been an exhibitor at ISM for more than 50 years and guides visitors from all over the world through the sweet universe of the traditional and family-owned company at an impressive booth. The focus is not only on new worlds of enjoyment and exciting product innovations, but also on the history of the brand: Lambertz was founded as early as 1688 and has since developed into one of Germany's best-known and most popular confectionery brands.

As host, Prof. Dr. Hermann Bühlbecker, sole owner of Lambertz, once again presented the wide range of delicacies to business partners from trade and industry from April 23 to 25, 2023. Particular focus was placed on the new iQookies - a vegan cookie in organic quality that has a high fiber content and serves as a natural source of protein (10%) from legumes - and the gingerbread ice cream, which is the perfect combination of spicy gingerbread and melt-in-your-mouth ice cream. Craft sets for occasions such as Easter or Christmas, sugar-reduced cookie variations, and specialties with white chocolate will also complement the brand's broad portfolio in the future.

But the classics were not neglected either. Customers can therefore continue to look forward to traditional gingerbread, cinnamon stars, dominoes and much more.
