From October 9th to 13th, 2021, Anuga, the world's largest food trade fair, took place in Cologne. 4,600 exhibitors from 98 nations who presented new products to trading partners, buyers, decision-makers and international industry experts under the motto “Taste the Future” were represented in the halls of Koelnmesse - including Lambertz, of course.

Dr. Hermann Bühlbecker used the leading industry meeting for the food and beverage industry not only for business, but also for networking with important personalities such as Federal Minister of Food and Agriculture Julia Klöckner, Aldo Christiano, Head of Institutional Affairs and Sustainability at Ferrero, Alex Assanvo, Executive Secretary of the Ghana and Ivory Coast Cocoa Initiative, Dieter Overath, Chairman of Fairtrade Germany, Alexey Dronov, Consul General of the Russian Federation and Maxim Uvaidov, Deputy Minister in the Russian Ministry of Agriculture.

He also conducted an interview with LZ-direkt editor Olaf Kohlbrück at the trade fair stand.
