At the beginning of the year, Lambertz is planning a number of highlight events. These include the legendary Lambertz "Monday Night", which is hosted by Dr. Hermann Bühlbecker every year as part of the International Sweets and Cookies Fair (ISM) in Cologne.

But of course, the fair also demands full commitment and attention from the sole owner of Lambertz, and this year this commitment was particularly rewarded.

Since 2014, the ISM has been presenting an award for extraordinary services to the confectionery and snack industry to outstanding entrepreneurs, and this year Dr. Bühlbecker can be pleased to receive this great honour. The award went to Germany for the first time on 27 January 2019.
