Since the International Confectionery Fair (ISM) in Cologne could not take place for known reasons, Lambertz, as a long-standing exhibitor, had to rethink its approach - true to its self-image of always acting in a progressive manner, even as a traditional company. Lambertz has therefore set up a digital trade fair stand this year with the so-called “Showroom” as a presentation and communication platform for its business and trading partners.

This 3D animated virtual image of the live model, which offers numerous interaction options such as technical discussions with the sales team, will not only be used during the trade fair originally scheduled for the period from January 31st to February 3rd, 2021, but will also provide insights into the product portfolio.

This has been presented to representatives from business and trade at the Lambertz trade fair stand since 1971. In 2019, Dr. Hermann Bühlbecker received the ISM Award for his long-standing connection and his extraordinary contributions to the confectionery and snack industry. An exciting video produced by the organizer “koelnmesse” in honor of the award winner with impressions from the company's history can be seen under this article.

At past face-to-face events in Cologne, the sole owner of Lambertz also presented Lambertz's extensive range to prominent personalities from politics and show business. For example, the entrepreneur welcomed guests such as Uwe Feiler, Henriette Reker, Kiera Chaplin, Nastassja Kinski and Carlo Thränhardt at ISM 2020.

This year, in addition to the expansion of the vegan range, consumers can look forward to new varieties of the delicious “Henry’s Snacks” product range. Using “augmented reality” functions, the new products can even be integrated into the viewer’s surrounding reality and viewed in a 360-degree radius. The digital showroom can be accessed at any time at
