Shooting of the Lambertz 2012 calendar

Temptation and flirtation, sensuousness and even erotic – Carmen is all of this and more!

This is the theme behind the latest in the line of legendary Lambertz calendars – our offering for 2012. The photographs are being shot in Seville and the cast list is sure to make this German "Pirelli Calendar" another exclusive delight.

Hollywood star Paz Vega in the role of Carmen is not only incredibly beautiful but also ideal for the part, having herself been born in Seville of a toreador father. She also auditioned for the role of Carmen in the film directed by Vincente Aranda. With Rebecca Mir, the successful finalist from GNTM (Germany's Next top Model), and other models of exceptional beauty, the calendar – strictly limited to 1,000 copies – will offer exclusive enjoyment from January to December for those lucky enough to be selected as recipients.

Behind the camera we had the keen eye of top Spanish photographer Jose Manuel Ferrater. The breathtaking costumes, created especially for the Lambertz calendar, are the work of top Spanish fashion designer Maria Lucas who now lives in Cologne.

Dr. Hermann Bühlbecker, sole proprietor of the Lambertz Group was, extremely impressed when he visited the set: "The photos are unbelievably beautiful and expressive. Now we have the problem of choosing who is to get the calendar and who not."
